How much would my car insurance be if i am a 16 year old female driver?

"my little relative is 5 years old and my brother is about to begin trading for her schooling early (I am aware this is too early but she really wants to give her the top!). She is incredibly innovative and paints very well but she wants to become an Astronaut like Kalpana Chawla:-) today-a-days there are always a large amount of child  insurance    policies coming up-all look exactly the same to me. Was considering if someone may tell which one is the better: Aviva Youngster Insurance"If there every other owners inside your home they questioned me
